Ansal Properties has informed exchanges that the 54th Committee of Creditors meeting for its Fernhill project in Gurgaon, Haryana will be held on 10 July 2026. The project has been under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process since the NCLT order of 16 November 2022, later confined to Fernhill by the NCLAT on 13 January 2023. Resolution Professional Navneet Kumar Gupta is managing the project. The Serene Residency project's resolution plan was approved by NCLT in October 2025, but the Fernhill project remains unresolved, now in its 54th CoC meeting.
Fernhill remains stuck in prolonged insolvency with 54 CoC meetings held and no resolution yet, which is negative for shareholders awaiting clarity on recovery.
