Minutes of the 54th Committee of Creditors meeting for Ansal API's Fernhill Project in Gurgaon held on 10 July 2026 were filed. The CoC noted NCLT order dated 2 July 2026 directing Samyak Projects to hand over peaceful access to the Resolution Professional. Allottees with RERA decrees were given the option to either retain unit or seek refund.
