Ansal Properties has not declared any dividend for FY2024-25 amid its ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) which began in February 2025. The company reported a standalone net loss of around Rs 1,629 crore with a deeply negative net worth of about Rs 1,816 crore. Revenue was Rs 657 crore. Auditors flagged material uncertainty on going concern and issued a qualified opinion.
Negative for shareholders. Company under insolvency with massive losses, no dividend, and going concern doubts. Stock likely remains stressed.
