Both agenda items were approved: ratifying expenses incurred during the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) period till 15.03.2026, and ratifying the fee payable to the homebuyers' authorised representative. The Fernhill Project has been under CIRP since the NCLT's 16th November 2022 order (later confined to this project alone by NCLAT on 13th January 2023) and is currently managed by Resolution Professional Shri Jalesh Kumar Grover. Separately, the resolution plan for another APIL project, Serene Residency in Greater Noida, was approved by NCLT on 6th October 2025, though that is a different project under a different resolution professional.
