Antariksh Industries Ltd has undergone a complete change of control. Mrs. Gitaben Nitinbhai Patel (the Acquirer) has completed the purchase of 1,03,400 equity shares (51.70% of equity capital) from the existing promoters, Mr. Bhagwanji Narsi Patel and Mr. Utkarsh Goyal, under a Share Purchase Agreement dated July 3, 2025. She also acquired an additional 47,199 shares (23.60%) through an open offer, bringing her total holding to 1,50,599 shares or 75.30% of the company. The erstwhile promoters, who now hold zero shares, have been reclassified from 'promoter' to 'public' category under SEBI LODR Regulation 31A(10). The acquirer has become the sole promoter of the company.
