Q3 FY26 revenue rose to Rs 71.11 cr from Rs 55.13 cr, up about 29 percent. Net profit more than doubled to Rs 28.50 cr from Rs 11.81 cr, helped by an Rs 8.43 cr lower amortisation after a revised useful life for oil and gas assets under the new 2025 Oil Fields Act. For nine months, revenue slipped to Rs 176.87 cr (from Rs 196.36 cr) and net profit eased to Rs 51.53 cr (from Rs 55.80 cr). Merger with Antelopus Energy Private Limited became effective July 5, 2025, and prior period figures have been restated.
Strong Q3 profit aided by amortisation estimate change; nine-month trend still soft due to earlier weak quarters.
