Anthem Biosciences reported strong FY2026 results with standalone revenue of ₹2,089 crore (up 13.5% YoY) and consolidated revenue of ₹2,120 crore (up 14.9% YoY). Standalone PAT grew 12.7% to ₹570.6 crore while consolidated PAT surged 30.9% to ₹590.2 crore, driven by robust performance in both standalone and subsidiary operations. The auditor (K.P. Rao & Co.) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financials. Exceptional items of ₹240 million (standalone) and ₹244 million (consolidated) were recorded for new labour code provisions. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per share (100% payout on face value) and approved ESOP allotments of 14.81 lakh equity shares. The wholly-owned subsidiary Neoanthem Lifesciences reported a loss of ₹78.7 crore but this did not impact the clean audit opinion.
Strong financial performance with PAT growth exceeding 25% on consolidated basis. Clean audit with no qualifications is positive. The labour code provisions and subsidiary losses are noted but not material concerns. Dividend declaration signals confidence in cash generation.
