Anthem Biosciences reported strong FY26 results with consolidated revenue from operations at ₹21,243 Mn (up 15.2% YoY). EBITDA grew 30.8% to ₹9,896 Mn with 43.4% margins, while PAT jumped 31.1% to ₹5,918 Mn at 26.0% margins. Q4FY26 was the best quarter ever with revenue of ₹6,109 Mn (+26.4% YoY), EBITDA of ₹3,184 Mn at 48.1% margins, and PAT of ₹1,898 Mn, a near doubling from Q4FY25. The company flagged an exceptional item of ₹244 Mn net expense related to new Indian labour codes, partially reversed by a ₹10 Mn credit in Q4. Other income surged 81.8% to ₹1,558 Mn, driven by higher forex gains and RoDTEP incentives. Net cash position stands at ₹13,743 Mn.
Anthem delivered robust double-digit growth across revenue, EBITDA and PAT in FY26, with Q4 showing exceptional acceleration. PAT growth of 31.1% and EBITDA growth of 30.8% signal strong operational leverage despite margin compression at the full-year level. The ₹244 Mn exceptional labour code charge is a one-time item unlikely to materially impact the stock's positive trajectory.
