Antony Waste Handling Cell posted Q1FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 26,099 lakhs, up about 5.5 percent YoY. But consolidated net profit dropped sharply to Rs 75 lakhs from Rs 2,296 lakhs YoY on higher finance costs and expenses. Standalone revenue rose to Rs 15,878 lakhs with net profit of Rs 137 lakhs versus Rs 116 lakhs restated YoY. Auditor flagged Rs 1,947 lakhs in overdue Municipal Corporation receivables and pending income tax demands as emphasis of matter. Comparatives restated due to merger of AG Enviro Infra Projects subsidiary.
Profit fell sharply despite revenue growth, weighed by higher finance and operating costs. Pending tax disputes and overdue receivables remain overhangs.
