Antony Waste Handling Cell posted Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 262.4 crores, up about 8% YoY. Nine-month revenue rose about 11% to Rs 767.4 crores. Net profit for Q3 fell to Rs 14.6 crores from Rs 18.0 crores YoY; 9-month net profit was nearly flat at Rs 54.85 crores. Auditor flagged Rs 37.66 crores of overdue municipal trade receivables (Rs 15 crores sub-judice in Supreme Court), pending income tax demands from 2021 search, and the merger of subsidiary AG Enviro Infra Projects approved by NCLT.
Mixed signals for shareholders. Revenue growth is steady but profits are under pressure from receivables and tax disputes that remain unresolved overhangs.
