Anuh Pharma's Board met on May 23, 2025, and approved audited results for Q4 and FY ending March 31, 2025, along with a 1:1 bonus issue and a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share on the post-bonus capital (30% on face value), subject to shareholder approval. FY25 revenue from operations rose modestly to Rs. 66,151 lakhs from Rs. 64,700 lakhs last year, but profit after tax fell about 21% to Rs. 4,735 lakhs from Rs. 6,006 lakhs, and EBITDA margin compressed sharply to 10.64% from 13.48%. The auditor Jayantilal Thakkar & Co. issued an unmodified opinion on the results. The bonus, if approved by postal ballot, will double the share count from about 5.01 crore to 10.02 crore equity shares. AGM is scheduled for August 22, 2025. Directors Ritesh Shah and Vivek Shah were re-appointed as Joint Managing Directors for another 5-year term starting January 2026. Free reserves stood at Rs. 300.85 crore as of March 31, 2025, sufficient to fund the bonus.
Shareholders benefit from a 1:1 bonus (effectively doubling their shareholding) plus a Rs. 1.50 dividend per share, but the underlying earnings decline and sharp EBITDA margin compression may temper near-term sentiment despite the shareholder rewards.
