Q2 FY26 revenue from operations at Rs 18,588 lakhs, up around 12 percent YoY. H1 revenue rose about 22.5 percent to Rs 37,236 lakhs. However PAT fell sharply: Q2 PAT Rs 761 lakhs against Rs 1,504 lakhs last year, H1 PAT Rs 1,591 lakhs against Rs 2,455 lakhs. EBITDA margin compressed to 7.13 percent from 11.38 percent a year ago. Operating cash flow turned negative at minus Rs 2,680 lakhs in H1. Board also adopted revised governance policies. One-for-one bonus shares were allotted in July 2025.
Mixed - topline growth intact but steep profit decline, weak operating cash flow and bonus-related cost pressures may weigh on sentiment.
