Anupam Rasayan's board, at its July 15, 2025 meeting, declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.75 per equity share (7.5% of face value of Rs. 10) for FY25. The record date has been fixed as July 21, 2025, and the dividend will be paid on or before August 13, 2025. In a separate decision, the board approved the allotment of 39,14,886 fully paid-up equity shares to non-promoter allottees at Rs. 945.11 per share (premium of Rs. 935.11), following the receipt of the remaining 75% of the issue price (Rs. 2,775 million) upon conversion of warrants. The allottees are Lata Manek Bhanshali (5,29,038 shares) and two foreign portfolio investors — Zeal Global Opportunities Fund and Zinnia Global Fund PCC (16,92,924 shares each).
The modest interim dividend reflects steady but not exceptional shareholder returns, while the warrant conversion brings in Rs. 2,775 million of capital with limited near-term stock impact since pricing and dilution were already pre-committed earlier. Existing shareholders may see marginal EPS dilution from the new shares.
