On the reaction day the stock moved 0.5 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 1.5 pts more than its Specialty Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Anupam Rasayan India promoter Rehash Industrial and Resins Chemicals has released the pledge on 50,00,000 equity shares (4.39 percent of total share capital) on September 24, 2026. The pledge was originally created for a loan from Tata Capital Limited and has been released after full repayment. Post-release, Rehash has zero encumbered shares out of its 72,17,040 share (6.34 percent) holding in the company. Other promoter group members continue to have existing pledges on their shares unchanged.
Positive for shareholders. Frees up promoter shares after Tata Capital loan repayment, reducing encumbrance risk and signalling improved financial health.
