Anupam Rasayan India reported Q1 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 3,288 million, up 4.2% YoY, with PAT of Rs 320 million, up 7.8% YoY. Consolidated revenue jumped 34.8% YoY to Rs 6,550 million, driven by subsidiary performance; consolidated PAT rose 5.7% to Rs 512 million. Board also appointed Mr. Ravi Desai as COO. Finance costs rose sharply to Rs 420.9 million from Rs 337.2 million YoY.
Consolidated revenue growth of about 35% YoY is a strong positive, though rising finance costs and depreciation may pressure margins. Watch subsidiary contribution.
