Shareholders of Anya Polytech and Fertilizers approved a special resolution to redirect about Rs 10.80 Crores of unutilised IPO funds from the original stated purpose to a new project for manufacturing biodegradable tableware and packaging materials. The company says the change will help deploy idle IPO money into a fresh growth opportunity. The approval was passed at the AGM held on 29 September 2026.
Usually seen as a mild red flag as the original IPO purpose is being changed, though new use could support future growth if executed well.
