Anzen Energy Yield Trust confirms no deviation in use of preferential issue funds

Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust raised about Rs 6,964.43 million through a preferential issue of units. As of June 30, 2026, Rs 6,823.24 million has been utilized as per the stated objectives, with Rs 141.19 million kept separately for future use. The trust confirms there is no deviation or variation between projected and actual utilization. An independent CA certificate has been provided.
