The Board of Directors of EAAA Real Assets Managers Limited, acting as the Investment Manager of Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, approved the issuance of up to 5,95,25,000 units at an issue price of ₹117 per unit on a preferential basis. The aggregate issue size is approximately ₹696.45 crores. The units will be allotted to selected investors under the SEBI InvIT Regulations. The board meeting was held on January 23, 2026, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:10 p.m.
