Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT), has allotted 5,95,25,000 units on a preferential basis to eligible allottees at Rs. 117 per unit. The total value of the issue aggregates to approximately Rs. 696.44 crores. The allotment was approved by the Investment Committee of EAAA Real Assets Managers Limited (the Investment Manager) on February 25, 2026. The issue was carried out in compliance with SEBI InvIT Regulations. The units have been listed on BSE (scrip codes 543655, 974400, 976475, 977319) and NSE (symbol: ANZEN).
The preferential allotment of Rs. 696.44 crores worth of units will dilute existing unitholders but also bring in fresh capital that can be deployed towards acquiring or financing infrastructure/energy yield assets. Existing unit holders may see a short-term dilution effect depending on the issue price relative to the prevailing market price.
