The Board of EAAA Real Assets Managers Limited (Investment Manager of Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust) met on November 11, 2025 and approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, along with a quarterly distribution of Rs 53.95 crore (~Rs 53,95,33,225) to unitholders. The per-unit distribution works out to Rs 2.75, comprising Rs 2.5098 as interest, Rs 0.2121 as principal repayment, and Rs 0.0281 as other income. Record date is November 14, 2025 and payment will be made on or before November 21, 2025. On a standalone basis, total income for Q2 FY26 rose sharply to Rs 944.85 million (vs Rs 544.03 million in Q2 FY25), while profit after tax grew to Rs 535.67 million (vs Rs 368.33 million), translating to earnings of Rs 2.73 per unit. The Trust also filed a Nil report on any deviation in use of funds raised and reaffirmed its credit ratings of CRISIL AA/Stable and IND AA/Stable.
Unitholders are set to receive a Rs 2.75 per-unit payout in the next couple of weeks, supported by a strong year-on-year jump in revenue and profit driven by the recent acquisition of Solzen Urja. The stable credit ratings and clean audit review reinforce the Trust's income visibility for unit holders.
