Apcotex's board approved Q3 FY26 results and declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per share for FY 2025-26. Record date is February 4, 2026. Q3 revenue from operations was about Rs 331.46 crore vs Rs 355.27 crore in Q3 FY25. Net profit after tax nearly doubled to about Rs 22.22 crore. For nine months, PAT surged about 79 percent to about Rs 66.67 crore on roughly flat revenue of Rs 1,043.92 crore. Exceptional items include a Rs 4.78 crore labour code impact in Q3 and a Rs 5.75 crore gain from sale of office in Q2.
Positive. Strong profit growth and dividend signal shareholder returns despite flat revenue. Record date Feb 4, 2026 matters for dividend eligibility.
