Board approved audited Q3 and nine month FY26 results. Q3 revenue from operations was Rs 33,145.78 lakhs versus Rs 35,526.68 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a decline of about 7%. Despite this, Q3 PAT jumped 92% to Rs 2,221.53 lakhs and nine month PAT rose 79% to Rs 6,667.07 lakhs, aided by lower finance costs and a one-time gain of Rs 575 lakhs from sale of an office premise in Q2. An interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per share was declared with record date February 4, 2026.
Sharp profit growth and interim dividend reward shareholders, even as top line slipped. Watch finance cost trend and labour code impact (Rs 478 lakhs charge in Q3) for sustainability.
