The Board approved audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations grew about 10.9% YoY to Rs. 35,034.96 lakhs, but standalone profit after tax declined roughly 5.8% to Rs. 2,102.09 lakhs despite a strong ~191% surge in Q4 standalone PAT. Consolidated PAT fell about 22% YoY to Rs. 2,533.67 lakhs. Basic EPS improved to Rs. 38.18 (standalone) on the back of the strong Q4. Auditor M/s GAMS & Associates issued an unmodified opinion but flagged an Emphasis of Matter on disputed trade receivables of Rs. 213.21 lakhs (with Rs. 195.87 lakhs expected credit loss provision, partly covered by ECGC) and delays in receiving Rs. 650.06 lakhs of foreign currency export proceeds beyond FEMA timelines. Operating cash flow turned positive at Rs. 566.06 lakhs versus a negative Rs. 332.18 lakhs last year.
Healthy top-line growth is offset by weaker full-year margins, suggesting cost pressure is squeezing profitability even as the year-end quarter bounced back sharply. The unmodified opinion is reassuring, but the emphasis on disputed receivables and FEMA-related export delays are governance/risk watch-items investors should monitor.
