Apis India Ltd reported strong Q2 FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations rising about 19.6% year-on-year to ₹96.25 crore (from ₹80.43 crore), while total income grew around 20% to ₹96.63 crore. Standalone profit after tax jumped roughly 32% to ₹7.14 crore (from ₹5.41 crore), with EPS rising to ₹12.96 from ₹5.81. For the half year, standalone PAT grew about 21.5% to ₹11.15 crore on revenue of ₹183.11 crore, and operating cash flow swung sharply positive to ₹5.79 crore versus an outflow last year. On a consolidated basis, Q2 PAT grew modestly to ₹7.08 crore, but half-year PAT declined nearly 20% to ₹9.61 crore as associates turned from a profit of ₹2.69 crore to a loss of ₹1.54 crore. The auditor (GAMS & Associates LLP) issued an unmodified limited review conclusion.
Positive near-term sentiment is likely on the back of strong standalone revenue and PAT growth in Q2 along with improved margins and operating cash flow. However, the weak performance from associate companies is a watchpoint and may weigh on consolidated earnings visibility.
