Consolidated Q2 FY26 revenue rose 9.1% YoY to Rs 5,206 crore and PAT surged 460% to Rs 301 crore (EPS Rs 10.86). H1 PAT doubled to Rs 539 crore; operating cash flow was Rs 600 crore. Standalone revenue fell 4.1% to Rs 3,186 crore but PAT rose to Rs 106 crore. Review was clean. Statutory auditor Walker Chandiok replaced Deloitte, which reviewed the June quarter.
Strong profit growth, healthy cash flow and a net cash balance sheet are positive, though standalone sales slipped and the mid-year auditor switch needs watching.
