Aplab Limited has filed the Final Letter of Offer for its proposed Rights Issue of up to 1,25,70,000 partly paid-up equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 19 per share (including a Rs. 9 premium), aggregating up to Rs. 2,388.30 lakh. The ratio is 1 Rights Share for every 1 fully paid-up Equity Share held as on the record date of Thursday, May 29, 2025. Investors need to pay only Rs. 5 per share (26.32% of the issue price) on application, with the balance of Rs. 14 per share to be called later by the Board. The issue opens on June 4, 2025 and closes on June 20, 2025, with allotment and listing expected on June 23-24, 2025. The promoter is Ms. Amrita Prabhakar Deodhar.
Eligible shareholders must decide whether to subscribe, renounce, or let their rights lapse by the closing date of June 20, 2025. Since the shares are partly paid, only a fraction of the commitment (Rs. 5 per share) is needed upfront, reducing immediate cash outflow but creating a future call obligation. Shareholders who do not participate may see their effective ownership diluted by up to 50% on full subscription.
