Apollo Finvest India Ltd reported its unaudited results for Q2 and H1 FY26 on November 7, 2025. Total income fell to ₹521.61 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from ₹710.89 lakhs in Q2 FY25, a decline of roughly 27% year-on-year. Profit after tax dropped to ₹174.34 lakhs (from ₹240.80 lakhs), while H1 FY26 PAT stood at ₹405.34 lakhs versus ₹476.04 lakhs in H1 FY25. Basic EPS for the quarter came in at ₹4.67 versus ₹6.45 last year. The statutory auditor GMJ & Co issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report, and the board separately appointed Mr. Amey Chaubal as new Internal Auditor after Mr. Sandeep Bandgar resigned citing personal reasons.
Sharply lower revenue and profits compared to last year could pressure the stock in the near term, though the company remains profitable with positive operating cash flow of ₹2,291 lakhs for H1 FY26. The internal auditor change appears routine but is a governance update investors may track.
