Consolidated revenue rose 15.7% to Rs.252,285 million with PAT jumping 33% to Rs.20,027 million and EPS at Rs.135.04. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs.10 per share (total dividend Rs.20 including interim). Key corporate actions include merger of Apollo Hospitals North Limited (wholly owned subsidiary), divestment of Apollo Specialty Hospitals and Apollo Fertility to Cloudnine for Rs.15,500 million, and re-appointment of Executive Chairman Dr. Prathap Reddy and Independent Director Ms. Rama Bijapurkar. Statutory auditors issued unmodified opinions. Credit ratings remain AAA/AA+.
Strong operational performance with 33% PAT growth on consolidated basis and positive corporate restructuring moves should support the stock. The Cloudnine transaction and subsidiary mergers indicate strategic portfolio optimization.
