Apollo Micro Systems reported strong Q1 FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations of ₹13,358.31 lakhs, up ~46.5% YoY from ₹9,120.15 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Standalone profit after tax surged ~125.6% YoY to ₹1,942.56 lakhs from ₹860.89 lakhs, while basic EPS improved to ₹0.62 from ₹0.29. On a consolidated basis, PAT rose to ₹1,768.46 lakhs (from ₹842.87 lakhs). The board also approved the 28th AGM notice for September 16, 2025, set September 9, 2025 as the record date for a dividend, and approved the Directors' Report for FY25. During the quarter, the company allotted 2.7 crore equity shares and issued 3.8 crore share warrants at ₹114 each on a preferential basis, and noted a prior NSE notice for delayed compliance under SEBI Listing Regulation 33.
Very strong quarterly performance with revenue and profit more than doubling YoY signals robust business momentum and is likely to be viewed positively by investors. The share/warrant allotment at ₹114 shows fresh capital raising, and a dividend has been proposed, both supportive for shareholders.
