Apollo Pipes Limited reported audited financial results for FY26 with standalone net profit of Rs. 121.85 Cr (down from Rs. 308.19 Cr in FY25) and consolidated net profit of Rs. 46.63 Cr (down from Rs. 340.87 Cr). Revenue from operations declined to Rs. 8,874 Cr standalone and Rs. 11,049 Cr consolidated. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.70 per equity share (7% on face value), subject to shareholder approval. Leadership changes include appointment of Mr. Sanjay Gupta as Chairman (effective May 08, 2026) while Mr. Sameer Gupta continues as Managing Director. Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta resigned from the Board. The Company also approved a Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme-2026 with a pool of 25 lakh SAR units.
The dividend of Rs. 0.70 per share provides a modest return to shareholders despite significantly lower profits in FY26. Profit decline of over 60% on standalone basis reflects challenging market conditions. The leadership transition and SAR scheme may help retain key talent and signal continuity in governance.
