Apollo Sindoori Hotels reported Q1 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of ₹7,887.51 lakhs, up ~9.8% year-on-year from ₹7,182.23 lakhs. Standalone profit after tax rose ~28% to ₹300.40 lakhs (vs ₹234.02 lakhs in Q1 FY25), with EPS of ₹11.55 versus ₹9.00. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations grew to ₹13,828.16 lakhs (~8.3% YoY) and PAT jumped sharply to ₹394.83 lakhs from ₹148.79 lakhs (~165% YoY), helped by subsidiaries Olive Plus Twist Avenues and Sindoori Management Solutions. The board also approved the re-appointment of Managing Director Mrs. Sucharitha Reddy for a fresh 5-year term, appointed BP & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY26–FY30, fixed September 18, 2025 as the record date for a ₹2 per share final dividend, and scheduled the 27th AGM for September 25, 2025. The statutory auditor (P Chandrasekar LLP) issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong bottom-line growth – especially the ~28% standalone PAT expansion and the sharp consolidated PAT jump – points to improving profitability and is mildly positive for shareholders. The ₹2 final dividend and continuity of the existing Managing Director add stability, though the headline revenue growth of around 9% is modest and primarily driven by subsidiaries.
