Apollo Sindoori Hotels reported Q2 and H1 FY26 results. Standalone revenue rose to Rs 8,652 lakhs in Q2 and Rs 16,540 lakhs in H1. Standalone PAT grew to Rs 349 lakhs in Q2 and Rs 650 lakhs in H1, up about 26 percent YoY on H1 basis. Consolidated revenue was Rs 14,963 lakhs for Q2 with PAT of Rs 309 lakhs, while H1 consolidated PAT nearly doubled to Rs 704 lakhs. Q2 standalone EPS was Rs 13.44. Operating cash flow was negative in H1 on both standalone and consolidated bases. Board deferred the ESOP 2025 scheme.
Solid profit growth especially on consolidated basis supports the stock. Negative H1 operating cash flow and deferred ESOP are minor watch points.
