Apollo Tyres' Board, at its May 14, 2025 meeting, approved audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 and FY25, and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5.00 per share (500% on face value of Re. 1), totaling a payout of about Rs. 3,175.5 Million, pending shareholder approval at the AGM. On a standalone basis, FY25 revenue from operations rose 3.6% YoY to Rs. 181,736 Million, but profit after tax fell sharply by about 45% to Rs. 6,294 Million (EPS of Rs. 9.91 vs Rs. 18.17 in FY24). On a consolidated basis, revenue grew 2.9% to Rs. 261,234 Million, while profit declined roughly 35% to Rs. 11,213 Million (EPS Rs. 17.66 vs Rs. 27.11). The company also appointed M/s. DMK Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30) and Mr. Prateek Rastogi as Internal Auditor, replacing the previous incumbents. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the FY25 financial statements.
The Rs. 5 final dividend is a positive signal of shareholder reward, but the steep drop in both standalone and consolidated profits highlights meaningful earnings pressure during the year, which could weigh on the stock despite the dividend support.
