On the reaction day the stock moved 1.0 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 0.2 pts less than its Tyres & Rubber Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Three special resolutions were passed via postal ballot. These are: private placement of non-convertible debentures approved with 100 percent votes in favour, appointment of Rajendra Chitale as Independent Director approved with 99.93 percent in favour, and appointment of Tapan Mitra as Independent Director approved with 98.06 percent in favour. Total valid votes polled were about 53.47 crore shares. E-voting was held from December 18, 2025 to January 16, 2026.
Shareholders have cleared the way for Apollo Tyres to raise funds through privately placed NCDs and two new independent directors have joined the board.
