Application for Revocation of Delisting of the RKB Agro Industries Limited for the order dated 23rd May 2025.
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
RKB Agro Industries, listed on BSE since 1995, has applied to BSE to revoke the suspension on trading of its equity shares. The stock has been suspended since December 31, 2007 due to non-compliance with the listing agreement. The company claims it has now complied with all SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 and submitted the required documents including compliance certificates, PAN/DIN details, and an undertaking. The company has 75 lakh issued shares (face value Rs 10) of which only 27.08 lakh are currently listed, with promoters holding 74.9%. Financials show sales of Rs 73.92 crore (FY25), Rs 77.54 crore (FY24), and Rs 86.01 crore (FY23), with profit after tax of Rs 33.57 lakh, Rs 18.70 lakh, and Rs 13.17 lakh respectively.
If BSE approves the revocation, the stock could resume trading on the exchange after nearly 18 years of suspension, potentially giving existing shareholders a chance to trade. However, approval is not guaranteed as it depends on BSE's review and compliance verification, and the stock may face liquidity challenges when it resumes trading.
