Aptech Limited announced unaudited Q1 FY26 results (quarter ended June 30, 2025). On a standalone basis, revenue from operations grew about 25% year-on-year to ₹5,635.98 lakhs (vs ₹4,506.71 lakhs in Q1 FY25), but profit after tax fell sharply to ₹210.11 lakhs from ₹1,800.99 lakhs, with EPS dropping to ₹0.36 from ₹3.11. On a consolidated basis, revenue rose to ₹12,042.91 lakhs (vs ₹10,470.72 lakhs) and profit after tax grew to ₹657.66 lakhs from ₹471.78 lakhs, with EPS at ₹1.16 vs ₹0.87. The board also approved the FY25 Directors' Report, MD&A, BRSR, and Corporate Governance Report, appointed M/s SAPSJ & Associate as Cost Auditor for FY26 and M/s. S.G & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30), and scheduled the 25th AGM for September 17, 2025. The statutory auditors (Bansi S. Mehta & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Mixed picture for shareholders: top-line growth is healthy on both standalone and consolidated basis, but a steep standalone profit decline suggests margin pressure or one-time costs, while consolidated earnings growth remains strong. The clean auditor report and routine governance approvals are neutral to mildly positive.
