On the reaction day the stock moved 13.5 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 14.3 pts less than its Housing Finance Company peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Aptus reported consolidated H1 FY27 loan assets of ₹14,177 crore and profit after tax of ₹528 crore, up 19%. Q2 profit was ₹267 crore, up 18%, while disbursements rose 27% to ₹2,206 crore. Gross bad loans increased to 1.68% from 1.55%, and net bad loans to 1.27% from 1.17%. Capital adequacy was 69.2%.
Strong growth and profit support the stock, but the rise in bad loans is a near-term risk for shareholders.
