Arcee Industries reported zero revenue from operations in Q1 FY26 (ended 30 June 2025), compared to Rs 9.15 lakhs in the same quarter last year — a complete shutdown of business activity. The company posted a net loss of Rs 11.25 lakhs, slightly narrower than the Rs 12.99 lakh loss in Q1 FY25, with basic EPS at -Rs 0.22. Both segments, PVC Pipes and Steel Pipes, remained loss-making at Rs 9.83 lakhs and Rs 0.98 lakhs respectively. In its notes, the company disclosed that its manufacturing unit has no production activity, that it has been unable to arrange working capital to restart PVC pipe production, and that it is now in the process of selling its plant and machinery, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
This is a deeply negative filing for shareholders — the company has zero operating revenue, is sustaining cash losses, and is essentially winding down operations by selling its assets. Existing investors face significant risk of further value erosion, and the stock is likely to remain under pressure pending clarity on asset sale proceeds and any revival plan.
