Kruti Pipes Private Limited, part of the promoter group of Arcee Industries, disclosed disposal of 35,000 equity shares under SEBI PIT Regulations. The transaction, dated 21 September 2026 and executed on BSE, was carried out as an inter-se transfer among promoter group entities via open market sale, valued at about Rs 5.33 lakh. Promoter holding through this entity reduced from 13.46 percent (6,91,505 shares) to 12.78 percent (6,56,505 shares).
Inter-se transfer within promoter group means overall promoter stake is unchanged; neutral for shareholders.
