ACI reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 24,987 lakhs, up 3% YoY, but profit after tax fell 39% to Rs 3,430 lakhs from Rs 5,629 lakhs. Consolidated Q3 PAT was Rs 2,400 lakhs versus Rs 4,782 lakhs. Nine month standalone PAT was Rs 12,461 lakhs against Rs 12,662 lakhs. Expenses grew 18.5% versus income growth of 7.4%, squeezing margins. The auditor flagged an Emphasis of Matter on the September 2025 Income Tax search operation. Board appointed a new Managing Director.
Sharp profit decline and ongoing tax investigation overhang may weigh on the stock despite modest revenue growth.
