Archidply Decor submitted its Annual Report for FY 2025-26 along with the 8th AGM notice set for September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations fell to Rs. 4,633.23 lakhs from Rs. 5,248.15 lakhs, a drop of about 11.7 percent. PBDIT declined 17.35 percent to Rs. 345.67 lakhs. Profit after tax was a marginal Rs. 0.20 lakhs versus Rs. 5.65 lakhs earlier. No dividend declared. Cash and bank balances stood at Rs. 39.05 lakhs and foreign exchange outgo was Rs. 248.76 lakhs with nil exports.
Falling revenues, shrinking profits, no dividend and very thin cash reserves point to weak operational performance, which is negative for shareholders.
