Archidply Industries reported audited results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue grew to Rs. 46,428 lakhs (from Rs. 43,575 lakhs) with PAT of Rs. 788 lakhs (up from Rs. 730 lakhs) and EPS of Rs. 3.97. Consolidated revenue jumped to Rs. 55,691 lakhs (from Rs. 43,567 lakhs), a ~28% rise, but the company swung to a consolidated net loss of Rs. 736 lakhs versus a Rs. 710 lakh profit last year, largely driven by losses in the MDF subsidiary segment. Statutory auditors GRV & PK issued an unmodified opinion on both results. The board also approved the re-appointment of Rajiv Daga as MD & CEO and Deen Dayal Daga as Executive Chairman for five years, and appointed Rajneesh Sharma & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30.
Mixed signals for shareholders: standalone performance is stable but modest, while the consolidated loss and negative operating cash flow flag pressure from the MDF subsidiary, which may weigh on stock sentiment despite the unmodified audit opinion and continued leadership continuity.
