Archies reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs 1,369.74 lakhs, down about 23% YoY from Rs 1,782.09 lakhs. Nine month revenue fell 10.8% to Rs 4,580.55 lakhs. PBT for 9M swung to a profit of Rs 63.35 lakhs from a loss of Rs 139.63 lakhs last year, but Q3 PAT was a small loss of Rs 7.46 lakhs. Auditor highlighted that the company has not deposited PF and TDS dues for Aug to Dec 2025.
Shrinking top line and unpaid statutory dues raise concerns on operations, cash flow and regulatory compliance for shareholders.
