Arcotech Q1 FY27: Zero revenue, loss of Rs 815.56 lakh, negative equity

Arcotech Ltd posted zero revenue from operations in Q1 FY27 ended 30 June 2026. Loss after tax narrowed slightly to Rs 815.56 lakh versus Rs 823.93 lakh in Q1 FY26. Finance costs of Rs 559.90 lakh and depreciation of Rs 247.96 lakh drove the loss. Other equity stands deeply negative at Rs 40,313.23 lakh against share capital of Rs 2,100 lakh. Company disclosed it has reached settlement with secured lenders as on 1 July 2026.
