Arcotech Q1 FY27: Zero revenue, Rs 815L loss

Arcotech reported zero revenue from operations and a loss of Rs 815.56 lakhs for Q1 FY27, with finance costs of Rs 559.90 lakhs and depreciation of Rs 247.96 lakhs. Other equity stands at deeply negative Rs -40,313 lakhs against equity capital of Rs 2,100 lakhs. The company has reached settlement with all secured lenders under JLF from July 1, 2026. Operations appear to have ceased.
