Arfin India reported FY25 consolidated revenue from operations of ₹61,575 lakhs, up about 15% from ₹53,516 lakhs in FY24. Full-year profit after tax rose to ₹914.63 lakhs from ₹822.04 lakhs, a growth of around 11%. However, Q4 FY25 standalone PAT fell sharply to ₹53.75 lakhs versus ₹217.99 lakhs in Q4 FY24, dragged by higher tax outflow. The company raised ₹5,250 lakhs through equity, which lifted reserves and reduced debt-to-equity from 1.24 to about 0.75. Operating cash flow turned negative at ₹(2,120) lakhs versus a positive ₹464 lakhs last year, mainly due to a sharp build-up in inventories and loans. A new wholly-owned subsidiary, Arfin Titanium And Speciality Alloys Limited, was incorporated in January 2025. Auditors issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Yearly earnings growth is moderate and balance sheet has improved post the equity raise, but the steep Q4 profit drop and negative operating cash flow are red flags that may weigh on near-term investor sentiment.
