Arham Technologies has received in-principle approval from NSE to migrate its about 2.18 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each from the SME platform EMERGE to the Main Board. The approval is subject to meeting the conditions in the approval letter and getting final approval from the exchange. The in-principle approval is valid for 45 days from October 14, 2026. Migration to the main board usually brings better liquidity, wider investor access and improved visibility.
Positive for shareholders and float. Main Board listing can improve liquidity and attract institutional investors. Final approval still pending.
