Arigato Universe Limited reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs. 632.77 lakhs compared to nil in the same quarter last year. For the nine months ended December 2025, total revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1,978.02 lakhs versus just Rs. 10.56 lakhs in the corresponding period of FY25, indicating a sharp scale-up in business activity. The company swung to a net profit of Rs. 45.88 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from a loss of Rs. 329.26 lakhs in Q3 FY25, while the nine-month profit came in at Rs. 110.69 lakhs against a loss of Rs. 320.43 lakhs previously. EPS improved to Rs. 0.75 for the quarter and Rs. 1.82 for nine months. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications. On the balance sheet, inventories ballooned from Rs. 244.47 lakhs to Rs. 1,762.79 lakhs, and total liabilities rose sharply alongside, while total equity improved to Rs. 840.13 lakhs.
The results show a clear turnaround from heavy losses to profitability with strong year-on-year revenue growth and a clean audit report, which is positive for shareholders. However, sequential (quarter-on-quarter) revenue declined sharply and inventory has piled up significantly, signalling that working capital and demand consistency will be key things to watch going forward.
