Arihant Capital Markets approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone total income fell to ₹5,004.79 Lacs from ₹7,136.85 Lacs a year ago (down ~30%), and net profit dropped to ₹1,217.69 Lacs from ₹1,707.66 Lacs (down ~28.7%). Consolidated net profit also declined to ₹1,270.25 Lacs versus ₹1,880.76 Lacs YoY, mainly due to lower fees and commission income. The statutory auditor issued a clean (unqualified) limited review report. The Board also approved exploring a fund raise through equity, preferential allotment, or QIP, and an EGM has been called for July 31, 2025 to seek shareholder approval.
Shareholders should note a significant YoY decline in both revenue and profit in Q1, which could weigh on the stock in the short term. The proposed fund-raising plans, if executed, may lead to dilution but could also strengthen capital for growth.
