Arihant Capital Markets posted weak Q3 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue fell about 5 percent YoY to Rs 4,905 lakhs, while net profit dropped 58 percent to Rs 518 lakhs. For 9M FY26, revenue declined 22 percent to Rs 15,680 lakhs and profit fell 39 percent to Rs 3,096 lakhs. The base quarter had a Rs 330 lakhs exceptional gain from subsidiary sale. Board approved re-appointment of Jt MD Arpit Jain for 4 years 5 months and Independent Director Jitendra Jain for a second 5 year term, plus a postal ballot notice.
Q3 results show revenue and profit pressure in broking; director continuity is positive but shareholders may react negatively to the earnings miss.
